What we verify
- Business registration and ownership.
- State license and, where relevant, FDA or DEA registration.
- A ship-to address that matches the licensed location.
- A signed statement of intended use for each product class.
- A quality agreement for private label work.
What we decline
- Orders from accounts we cannot verify.
- Requests to ship containers without product identity.
- Requests for dosing, preparation or administration guidance.
- Any substance for a use that has no lawful basis.
